Terms of Service

1. The service

RankwithBen sells link placements: PBN posts, PBN sidebar links, guest posts, and combined packages. What is included in each order is what is shown on the order form at the time you place it, the quantity, the quality filters you set, and the TLD you choose.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is a request until it is paid. We may decline or cancel any order, including after payment, if we cannot fulfil it to the standard described, for example if inventory matching your filters is no longer available. Where we cancel an order we have not delivered, you are refunded in full.

You are responsible for the target URL and anchor text you submit. We build links exactly as specified, so please check them before ordering; corrections after work has started may not be possible.

3. What we do not guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the placements you ordered. We do not, and cannot, guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any particular search-engine outcome. Search engines change their systems without notice and no provider can promise results.

Link building carries risk. Search engines may devalue or penalise links at their discretion. You order with that understanding.

4. Delivery

Typical turnaround is stated on each service page. When an order is complete you receive a delivery report listing every live link, downloadable as PDF or CSV from your dashboard.

Where a link we placed goes offline within 30 days of delivery through no action of yours, we will replace it on comparable inventory at no charge. Report it through support with the order reference.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to promote content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, or that involves malware, phishing, or the sexual exploitation of minors. We may refuse or cancel any order on these grounds without refund where work has begun.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and payable in cryptocurrency through our payment provider. Payment is due before fulfilment begins, except where we have agreed other arrangements with you in writing for a custom plan.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Please see the Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost rankings, or lost business.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order. Material changes will be noted by the date above.
